We will certainly not forget the biggest fire in the history of independent Slovenia, but the question is how we will remember it. It could be like a dark nightmare that we watched from afar. Perhaps the thought of the fire will bring us a bright moment of pride, when we collectively came to the rescue, contributed and did everything we could to mitigate the damage and participate in starting a new life on the burnt Karst.
