6. Charity football spectacle<\/h2>\n

Sunday’s event in Bilje was unforgettable. It resonates and will certainly continue to resonate thanks to Prince Albert II of Monaco. And all the others who gave the spectacle even greater grandeur. For those of you who are interested in the charity aspect of the event, a short message is below.<\/p>\n

6. The charity football spectacle once again attracted around 4000 visitors from near and far to Bilje, who swear by charity, socialising and friendship, those who believe that football is more than a sport. Famous faces competed on the football pitch to do their bit for charity. This was again the overriding theme of the event this year. For the sixth year running, charitable contributions were collected for the Sparrow of Hope Foundation, which donates funds to the disabled youth ward in Stara Gora, and for the maternity hospital at the Dr. Frantz Derganec General Hospital in \u0160empeter pri Gorici, which celebrates its 50th anniversary this year. 13.000,00 \u20ac were collected (donations, entrance fees, T-shirts, voluntary contributions…), so each institution will receive 6.500,00 \u20ac and will use them to buy the most necessary equipment. There are many needs in both Stara Gora and \u0160empeter maternity hospitals, which will use the funds to buy one of the most modern birthing tables. They are therefore delighted with the funds raised and thank everyone who came, donated and helped for their open hearts. Among the donors, Igor Sim\u010di\u010d, a businessman and founder of Esimit Europa, a company that connects different nations and which celebrates its 20th anniversary this year, has made a significant contribution.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
